HMS HURWORTH, ROYAL NAVY

English Red; whitin a horse shoe inverted a whelk shell gold.

Origin/meaning

A Foxhunt in Derbyshire and Yorkshire. Founded 1803 by the Wilkinson Brothers whose Arms include a Shell. The Badge was approved in 1941.
