Escudo de prata com um cacho de uva de vermelho realçado de prata, folhado e troncado de negro, bordadura de negro carregado de oito abelhas de ouro realçadas de negro. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com os dizeres : " VILA DE MONDIM DE BASTO ", de negro.
