Escudo de azul, pano de muralha de ouro, lavrado de negro, movente dos flancos e da ponta, carregado de um alambique de vermelho; Em chefe, coroa mariana de ouro. Coroa mural de três torres de prata. Listel branco, com a legenda de negro : " LOULÉ - S. SEBASTIÃO ".
