D'argent à la fasce d'azur, à la lettre G gothique d'or brochante, accompagnée en pointe d'un mont à trois coupeaux de sinople.
Origin/meaning
These arms appeared on the ceiling of the church of Grancy, where they disappeared during the restoration in 1933. The bar represents the watercourse passing near the village, symbolized itself by the initial letter of its name. The base symbolises the hills surrounding the village.
