GRELLINGEN

Canton : Basel-Landschaft

Grelling.jpg

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms show in the right part the arms of Basel, as the area belonged historically to Basel. The left part shows the arms of Pfeffingen, as the village was part of Pfeffingen. The arms were officially adopted in 1946, but are used since around 1900.
