- (fr) Parti: au 1er d'azur au chef d'argent chargé de deux merlettes de sable, au 2e de gueules semé de billettes d'argent au dextrochère de carnation vêtu d'argent, tenant une crosse d'or, brochant sur le tout.
Origin/meaning
The town uses the coat of arms of Charles Louis Hugo abbot of Etival in 1722, and bishop of Ptolemaide in 1728. The arms combine the arms of the Hugo family (the merles), and the arms of the Etival Abbey.
