(de) In Silber ein rechtsschreitendes Krückenmännchen, das in der ausgestreckten Rechten einen Rosenkranz hält und hinter dem Rücken den gestümmelten Tiroler Adler aufweist.
(it) D'argento un ometto con grucce moventesi verso destra, che tiene nella mano destra un rosario; sovrapposta alle spalle l'aquila tirolese.

Origin/meaning

The arms are historical, and have never been officially granted. The first time similar arms were used was in 1328, when King Henry, count of Tyrolia granted a seal with a similar image; the cripple is placed above the Tyrolian eagle. In 1524 the cripple was shown as a monk and placed in front of the eagle.
