Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on April 2, 2007.

The wolf represents the nickname of the villagers, the blue ballsrefer to the different water sources in the municipality. The tower refers to the former priory and its golden colour to the golden fields and thus agriculture in general. The keys and the sword recall that Trouhaut belonged to the Cluny Abbey.
