Origin/meaning

These arms have been officially granted on 11th April 1989.

The pigeon ("colom" in Catalan) is a canting sign, and symbolizes St. Columba, the local patron saint. The colours, Or and Azure, are taken from the arms of the barons of Cervelló, lords of the village.
