Arms : Azure, a fleece Or; on a chief sable a pair of cloth shears extended, points upwards, between a printing press and a cogwheel argent.
Crest: On a wreath of the colours, An owl argent grasping with the dexter claw a sword, point upwards, of the last hilt and pommel Or.

The arms were officially granted on February 20, 1951.
