German In Grün eine von der Schildmitte an eingebogene goldene Spitze, darin auf grünem Boden ein linkshin schreitender, gold-bewehrter schwarzer Eber, oben rechts von einem goldenen Mühlrad und links von drei zur Garbe gebundenen goldenen Kornähren begleitet.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on May 6, 1997.

The boar is taken from the arms of the city of Golssen and also refers to the rich forests in the area. The water mill wheel refers to the many (former) watermills in the region and the wheatears refer to the agricultural character.
