Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on April 23, 1929.
The arms show the ancient tower (built around 1300) of the city and a mill, that gave the name to the city; in facts, Mill in Italy is Mulino, or Molino, and the city (MOLINELLA) is so called from the ancient mill that was there.
