Origin/meaning

The basket is a typical basket for the village, a so-called Simperl, which is used to symbolise the longtime practice of reed-weaving in the village. The wheat-ears are a symbol for agriculture as well as a symbol for growth. The colours and the waves symbolise the mineral waters in the municipality.
