Un scut triunghiular albastru cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de un brâu undat argintiu. În partea superioară se află doi delfini adosați, stilizați, cu capetele spre flancurile scutului și corpurile curbate în sus, cu cozile recurbate în jos, spre capete, fiecare delfin fiind ornat cu șase inele descrescătoare spre coadă, tangente la un vrej serpentiform; delfinii sunt uniți printr-o traversă ornată central cu nor, iar pe flancuri cu două spirale, mărginită sus de trei capiteluri trapezoidale, cel din mijloc susținând un stâlpișor, totul de argint, asuprit de o cruce treflată de aur. În vârful scutului se află un mănunchi compus din trei spice de grâu, alternând cu doi știuleți de porumb, dispuse în evantai, totul de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

The arms were officially granted on August 2, 2018.

The ensemble with dolphins, crossbeam and cross represents heritage values, reproducing the sculpture of the iconostasis of the church from Cojești (dated in 1752), declared a historical monument, unique in the country; ring and spiral ornaments allude to the toponym "belciugatele".

The wavy bar represents the hydrographic richness of the area, with rivers and ponds abounding in fish.

The bundle of wheat and corn symbolizes the agriculture of the area, and their number indicates the five component villages of the commune.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.Literature:
