Escudo de verde, com ovelha de prata, realçada de negro; em chefe, ramo de videira de prata, folhado do mesmo e frutado de ouro; em campanha, monte de três cômoros de negro, perfilado de prata, tendo brocante ponta embutida de burelas ondadas de prata e azul. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ VÁRZEA DA OVELHA E ALIVIADA ”.
