Escudo de prata, semeado de fontes heráldicas de azul e prata e, brocante, uma cruz da Ordem de Santiago, de vermelho; planície ondeada de ouro, perfilada de verde. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro : " VILA NOVA DE MILFONTES ".
