Sinisessä kentässä kultainen kirkonkello, jonka kummallakin puolella saatteena kultainen, hopealankainen värttinä.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on March 12, 1952.

The arms show a bell and two spindles, as the local church bell was acquired in 1731 of the proceeds of the local women making cotton and other threads by spinning at home.
