ÉCOUEN
Département : Val-d'Oise
[[File:ecouen.jpg|center[[Category:|alt-Blason de Écouen / Arms of Écouen]]
Origin/meaning
The arms are those of the Montmorency family, to whom the castle belonged; the eagle indicates the association with Napoleon, who used the castle to house his school for daughters of knights of the Legion of Honor.
