Motto: Ducit amor patriae

Origin/meaning

Admiral Robert Faulknor (7163-1795) lost his life on the Blanche, but had gained his laurels capturing the French Bienvenue the previous Year. The Latin Motto translates as "Love of country leads". The Badge was approved in 1933.
