Italian	D’azzurro, al muro di massi irregolari d’argento, murato di nero, a guisa di fascia abbassata, fondato sulla campagna di verde, essa campagna caricata da due rivi d’acqua di azzurro, uno in banda l’altro in sbarra, uniti in punta, sgorganti dal muro, questo sostenente la montagna verde, caricata dalla moneta antica d’oro, ingrandita, recante oro su oro, nel centro una costruzione preistorica e in capo ed in punta le due scritte Osilla e Ogrilla. Ornamenti esteriori da comune.
