  • (1913) De sinople à trois croissants d'argent.
  • (1914) De sinople à trois croissants d'argent, l'écu accosté d'un Saint-Nicolas bénissant trois enfants dans un cuvier, le tout d'argent.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on January 30, 1913 and with a supporter on June 16, 1914.

The arms are based on the seal of the town from 1496 and show three crescents and the patron saint, St. Nicholas. The origin of the crescents is not known.
