Official blazon

Escudo partido. El primer cuartel corresponde al escudo de los Manrique de Lara; es de gules con dos calderas de oro jaqueadas de sable, puesta en palo y gringoladas de ocho cabezas de sierpe salientes de las asas. El segundo corresponde al escudo de los Fajardo; en campo de oro res matas de ortiga de sinople de siete hojas cada una, sobre tres peñas en Mar. Se timbra con Corona Real cerrada.
