Origin/meaning

The Candel symbolizes Christ as the Light of the World, the Pelican symbolizes the Gospel message of love. The Palmtree is from the State Seal and the Swords symbolizes the Colonial Jurisdiction of the Diocese of London. This Arms originates in 1930.
