Escudo de ouro, imagem de S. Vicente, com sua dalmática, sustendo na mão direita uma palma e na mão esquerda uma grelha, de vermelho. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro : " VILA DE S. VICENTE ".

The arms were officially granted on July 5, 1974.
