Punaisessa kentässä kultahirsi, jossa kaksi toisistaan poispäin suunnattua kolmikärkistä sinistä atraimenterää, joilla on yhteinen varsi.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on October 8, 1964.

The bar refers to the shipping channel through the Hitis archipelago. The symbol on the bar shows two combined tridents and is a symbol for fishing.
