Un scut despicat, prima parte fiind tăiată printr-un brâu negru, crenelat; în primul cartier, pe câmp roșu, trei spice de grâu, dispuse în evantai, și doi știuleți de porumb, totul de aur; în cartierul secund, pe fond albastru, un caducel de argint. În partea stângă, pe fond de argint, un braț cu mâneca hainei roșie, ieșind din flancul stâng al scutului și ținând steagul Țării Românești (o fâșie galbenă și una albastră prinse de o hampă de argint, cu vârf auriu). Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint, formată din cinci turnuri crenelate.
