Description: A gold color metal and enamel device 1 inch (2.54 cm) in height overall, consisting of an oblong, with long axis vertical, divided quarterly red and dark blue, charged with a gold fleur-de-lis, all in front of a gold and dark blue checkered disc from which three gold rays extend at each side.
