Blason de Chaussin

Official blason

  • (fr) De sable à la bande d'argent surmontée d'un croissant de même.

Origin/meaning

The arms are based on the arms of the Chaussin family, who used a silver bar and crescent. In the municipal arms the bar has been replaced by a silver bend to distinguish the municipal arms from the family arms.
