  • (fr) Parti: au 1er de sinople à la gerbe de blé d'or liée de gueules, au 2e d'azur à la rose des jardins d'or; le tout sommé d'un chef d'argent chargé de trois merlettes de gueules.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted in December 2021.

The green field with the garb indicate the agricultural character of the municipality. The rose refers to St. Mary, the local patron saint. The chief is taken from the former lords of the village, the Picquet d'Avelesges family.
