OCCUPATION FORCES IN GERMANY, FRENCH ARMY
Origin/meaning
The Cross of Lorraine was the Emblem of the Free French Forces during World War II. The Sword is the armed might of the French and Allied Troops crushing the Nazi Swastika. TOA stands for Troupes d'Occupation en Allemagne.
