State : Rheinland-Pfalz
District (Kreis) : Donnersbergkreis (until 1969 Rockenhausen)
Verbandsgemeinde : Verbandsgemeinde Nordpfälzer Land (until 2020 Verbandsgemeinde Rockenhausen)

Wappen von Reichsthal/Arms (crest) of Reichsthal
Official blazon
German blazon wanted
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on March 27, 1968.

The crown and sceptre are symbols for the Reichsland (Imperial territory) of Kaiserslautern. The horse and horn symbolise the formerly important post station of the Thurn und Taxis postal service, which was situated in the village on an important road junction.
