NO 805 SQUADRON, FAA
History: First formed in 1940 at Royal Naval Air Station Donibristle (HMS Merlin), Fife, Scotland as a Fighter Squadron. The Squdron soon moved to Egypt (HMS Phoenix) to serve in the Western Desert 1941-1943.
