NO 812 SQUADRON, FAA
History: First formed in 1933 as a Torpedo-Bomber Squadron for HMS Glorious. Absorbed into 811 Squadron in 1942. Finally reforemd with Fairey Gannets at Royal Naval Air Station Eglinton, Northern Ireland 1955-1956.

Origin/meaning
The Badge allude to that the Aircraft must be at wave-top height to launch Torpedoes. The Motto in Dialect translates as "God aid us". The Badge was approved on 19 March 1937.
