Sinisessä kentässä kaksi hopeista, yläreunaltaan sahakoroista ja alareunaltaan aaltokoroista hirttä.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on September 4, 1967.

The arms show wavy lines for the Siikajoki river in the municipality and pointed saw-lines as a symbol for the local timber industry.
