Dexter: Vert, a stag's head caboshed, between the attires a cross fleur-de-lis or, a chief dancettée of the same; Sinister: Argent , issuing in the dexter chief point a sun in its splendor gules, in the sinister base a cubit arm sleeved sable, the hand proper, pointing toward the sun.

Origin/meaning
As common in US episcopal heraldry, the arms show the arms of the diocese impaled with the personal arms of the bishop.
The personal coat of arms is based upon the coat of arms of the Brady family of Ireland.
The motto means "May Christ reign."
