VĂLIUG

District/county (județ) : Caraș-Severin

Stema Văliug

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on July 26, 2006.

The horizontal and wavy blue bar signifies the presence of the Bârzava river and the accumulation lakes in the area.

The turbine rotor symbolizes the energy potential of the area.

The deer's head represents the rich wildlife of the area.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
