Country : Lithuania County : Alytus Municipality : Lazdijai |
Lithuanian | blazon wanted |
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on March 23, 2000.
The cross refers to St. George, patron of the local church. The ducks mean the richness of local nature, also they are canting for the Ancia lake ("duck" is "antis" in Lithuanian), on which shores the town is located.
