Origin/meaning
The greyhound heads come from the coat of arms of the Aubry family and the chevron comes from that of the De Malortie family, former lords of the place. The chains are the attributes of Saint Denis, patron saint of the church.
The inverted chevron also represents the initial of the name of the municipality and the color of the field symbolises agriculture.
The lower half shows the arms of Normandy.
