Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on March 21, 1985.
The arms show the watchtower built by the Bell-lloc family, the first landlords of the village. The two rice spikes refer to the ricefields near the river Ebro (also symbolized here by a wavy bar): L'Aldea is situated at the beginning of the delta of this big river. The artichokes (all around the arms) are the main crop of the village.
