  • (de) Schild geteilt von Gold und Silber. Oben ein nach rechts schreitender schwarzer Steinbock, in den Vorderläufen einen gestümmelten roten Ast emporhaltend. Unten eine eingebuchtete rote Spitze, darin eine silberne Rose und begleitet von zwei roten Rosen, jede mit goldenen Staubgefäßen
  • (it) Troncato:al PRIMO d'oro allo stambecco passante di nero tenente nelle zampe anteriori un ramo mozzo posto in palo; al SECONDO mantellato d'argento e di rosso, ciascun punto caricato di una rosa dell'uno nell'altro, ciascuna al petalo d'oro.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on June 30, 1967.

The arms show the arms of the Winkler von Colz zu Rubatsch family. This family owned the estate Colz in Abtei as well as the castle in Stern in the municipality in the 16th and 17th centuries.
