Origin/meaning

A Town in Warwickshire, the Badge is based on the Town's Arms. Also a Town in Utah, USA. The Ship was an Lend/Lease Ex-US Navy Destroyer, indicated by the Mullet. The Badge was approved 18 November 1941.
