Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted in 1986.

The horse refers to the horse breeding traditions in the municipality.

The wavy chief with the ermine tails refers to Bretagne, the region in which the village is situated, and the Aulne river, which forms the Western border of the municipality.

The arrow is a symbol for the patron saint of the local church, Saint Sebastian (who was shot by arrows).
