Escudo de vermelho, faixa ondeada de prata, carregada de uma faixeta ondeada de azul, acompanhada em chefe de uma roda de navalhas de ouro e de uma armação de moinho de negro, vestida e coroada de prata e, em contra-chefe, de dois ramos de oliveira, de prata, frutados de ouro, com os pés passados em aspa. Coroa mural de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas: “ SANTA CATARINA DA SERRA “.
