PORIN MAALAISKUNTA
Region : Satakunta
Former province : Western Finland (until 1997 Turku and Pori)
Incorporated into : 1967 Pori
Official blazon
Kultaisessa kentässä nouseva, musta, punakielinen karhu pidellen oikeassa kämmenessään kaateista sinistä ankkuria.

The arms show a bear, which is partly a canting element, partly derived from the arms of the city of Pori. The bear holds an anchor as a symbol of shipping and sailing.
