Vert, a pale Or surmounted by a pale of the first a column of the second, overall a balance yellow charge on each cup with a fleur-de-lis Azure on the left and an eagle Sable to the right
Attached below the shield a scroll inscribed "STRENGTH THROUGH TRUTH".
