Tagliato: nel PRIMO, d’argento, alla civetta di rosso, posta con il corpo volto a sinistra e la testa di fronte, afferrante con entrambe le zampe la lanterna di nero, accesa di rosso; nel SECONDO, di azzurro, all’aquila d’oro, allumata e linguata di rosso. Lo scudo è sormontato dalla corona turrita degli Enti Militari.
Sotto lo scudo, su lista bifida e svolazzante d’oro, il motto, in lettere maiuscole di nero, PER ANGUSTA AD AUGUSTA.
