Distictive Unit Insignia, Decreiption: A gold color metal sea horse, the dexter paw upholding a pair of silver color metal wings conjpined,
the sea horse within in base a three segmented blur scroll inscribed "FIRST AND FINEST" in gold color metal letters. The Device is 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in width.
