Raised : 1891 as Göta trängbataljon, 1902 renamed Första Göta trängkår and in 1904 Göta trängkår
In 1947 the Corps become a Regiment, Today the only Remaining Train Regiment of the Swedish Armed Forces
it is named Trängregementet (Train Regiment) see The Train Regiment, Swedish Army
Garrison : Stockholm (1891-1892), Karlsborg (1892-1905) and Skövde (1905-present).
