History: Constituted as 314 Station Complement Squadron on 2 Nov 1943. Activated on 5 Dec 1943. Redesignated as 314 Station Complement Squadron (Special) on 6 Sep 1944. Disbanded on 20 Jun 1945. Reconstituted, redesignated as 314 Logistics Support Squadron, and activated, on 1 Dec 1991. Redesignated as: 314 Maintenance Operations Squadron on 13 Sep 2002; 314 Maintenance Operations Flight on 2 Jun 2011.
