Crest: That for the regiments and separate battalions of the Georgia Army National Guard: From a wreath Or and Azure, a boar's head Gules, in the mouth an oak branch Vert fructed of the first.
Origin/meaning
The Griffin symbolises Courage and Diligence. The Sword symbolises Justice and Military preparedness. The Lightnings symbolises Swiftness and Strength. The Gauntlet signify Leadership.
The arms were approved on 4 February 2011.
